This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through Framework Friday, operated by WebLife Stores LLC.

AI Decision Sprint ($49)

Eligibility for Refund:

• Full Attendance: You must attend all 4 live sessions.
• Homework Completion: You must complete and submit all required homework assignments.
• Time Window: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the Sprint ending.

Cohort Transfer Option

If you are unable to complete the Sprint due to unforeseen circumstances, we offer a one-time transfer to a future cohort at no additional charge. Your submitted work carries over.

To request a cohort transfer, contact us before Day 4 of your Sprint.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Failure to attend sessions or complete homework (incomplete participation).
• Change of mind after receiving the Go/Not Yet decision.
• Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after Sprint completion.

How to Request a Refund

• Your full name
• Email address used for purchase
• Sprint cohort dates
• Reason for refund request

Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Digital Product Delivery

The AI Decision Sprint is a digital product delivered via live Zoom sessions and email.

• Access details are sent immediately upon purchase.
• Due to the nature of live cohort-based programs, we encourage you to confirm your availability for the scheduled dates before purchasing.
